How do I get started with Configura?
Sign up for a free account, upload your STL or 3MF file, define customizable regions, and you'll have a shareable customizer link ready in minutes. Our step-by-step generator guides you through the process.
What file formats are supported?
Configura supports STL and 3MF file formats. 3MF files from slicers like PrusaSlicer and Bambu Studio offer the best results with automatic region detection based on material definitions.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
How do customers place orders?
Share your customizer link on Etsy or your website. Customers customize their product, receive a unique order code, and include it with their order. You can then look up the code in your Order Manager to see their exact selections.
Is there a free plan?
